If you are having problems uploading images from your Macintosh, here are your options:

  1. Update your JAVA plug-in to the latest version
  2. Use the Firefox browser. Firefox is available free from Mozilla Firefox
  3. Use our Alternative Upload method (see below the Upload button)

Apple Macintosh Users - Image Upload and ROES Problems

In early 2013 Apple disabled the Java plug-in on ALL Macintosh computers. SAPL Imaging uses Java when you upload your images to SAPL webStudio. Apple has not informed it's users of this change, but it has affected companies whose customers and employees rely on java (read Article).

ROES users will also need to perform the update below.

Fixes

1a. If you are running Apple OS X v10.6.x, click Here to update Java.

1b. If you are running Apple OS X v10.7 or V10.8, click Here to update Java.

3. If using the FireFox browser, check that the Java Plug-In is enabled (click Tools.....Add-ons....).

Other Upload Method

Our Alternate Method (click link below the Upload button) will always work on any computer.
